Ready to get started on your gratitude journey?
Great! Here’s a handy list with a few items you’ll need for the trip:
1.) A Gratitude Journal – you can either print out the free journal that you receive when you sign up to be on our email list or you can use your own.
2.) A Gratitude Journal for each of your kids (optional) – again, you can either print out the free journal you receive or you can use your own. You can either start on this journey together with your kids or get some of your own habits in place before bringing them into it.
3.) A Bible – you’ll definitely want to grab your Bible for this journey.
4.) Pretty Pens – yup, this is important. At least for me it is. 🙂
5.) Time on your calendar – make sure you set aside 5 minutes every day for your journal writing. You’ll want to decide after what activity you’ll crack open your journal. It might be right after you grab your cup of coffee, right after you brush your teeth or another time that works for you.
And that’s it! Those are the most important things you need to get started!
Make sure to sign up to be on our email list, if you haven’t already, so you can start receiving emails to help develop that important habit of gratitude and to help you on your journey. As a free gift you will also receive the free printable journals – one for you and one for your kids.
Eager to do more? That’s awesome!
Make Over Your Mornings and Make Over Your Evenings are great for getting intentional morning and evening routines established. This will help you fit a daily gratitude reflection into your busy day. They are extremely affordable courses and I love how clear and easy they are to follow.
And for getting your kids started on a more in depth gratitude study I would highly recommend A Content Heart. There is a junior and a youth version and you can either purchase the electronic version or a physical book.
